Flourishing on Festival Grounds
RecFest made its U.S. debut last month, and the Plum team took over Nashville to celebrate. The atmosphere around the city was buzzing as we kicked things off “Love Shack” style at our exclusive Tin Roof Rusted party. Many thanks to our party captains, Chad Sowash, Joel Cheesman, and fellow co-sponsor Erin, for making it an unforgettable experience.
The flourishing continued the next day at Plum’s booth, with attendees lining up to get their hair beautifully braided by the Braidbabes or to pick up a colorful boutonniere. It was amazing to see so many faces at our photo wall, capturing the essence of the festival.
Later, we watched an incredible session led by WorkTech’s George LaRocque on the Inspire Stage. There, he offered insights that will undoubtedly shape recruitment strategies through 2024.
Finally, the Plum team took center stage with HR’s Ultimate Matchmaking Game. The air was thick with anticipation as Jenny Dearborn, our Match Seeker, embarked on a quest to find the HR tool of her dreams, grilling our “bachelors” with a series of compatibility questions. Sparks were flying by the end of the session!
