Performance Management Partners has two decades of expertise in using psychometric assessments to match employee “fit” with company culture and position. We brought the first Workplace Big Five assessment to Buffalo in 2000 and continuously search for innovative practices to support the development of the future workforce. Plum was founded by Caitlin MacGregor, her husband Neil, and Christine Bird to help employers determine the best fit for both position and company culture beyond the specific credentials and skills found on a resume.
