In order to establish a material, objective reference point for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners at every stage of the hiring funnel, Brunnerworks was looking for a cloud-based hiring platform that would foster collaboration and accessibility - and Plum fit the bill. Recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and even employees who previously held the position all contributed to the Plum Match Criteria Survey, which aggregates all contributors’ priorities for the open role. The entire hiring team also had access to applicants' Match Scores, providing an objective reference point during the shortlisting process.
